Aamir Tayeb is the Business Development Manager at Estee Group which is a Real Estate focussed company specialising in the turnaround of distressed assets mainly focussing on hotels and residential properties. One of Aamir's main responsibilities also includes the sales & marketing of the various hotels within the group and looks to develop the key relationships between the hotels and corporate and leisure clients.

Prior to this, Aamir worked for an investment bank for five years where he went through many experiences, both good and bad and through using his passion for public speaking and with his positive outlook on life, Aamir's aim is to share his experiences and stories and how he learned from them providing the inspiration for others to get through similar experiences in their own personal lives.
