User Experience Designer,
Shako Oteka wears many hats... a Photographer, User Experience Designer, and Brand Consultant. He's a firm believer that not all photographers are created equal. The same goes for clients when on a quest to bring out that edge, the "it" factor. Shako's passion exists in the details of the personality of the client when shooting. Shako seeks to capture a moment otherwise missed. He believes we have different opinions on what defines true beauty. Our life experiences give us the ability to see the beauty in various ways. To see from beyond the confines of societal boundaries. It’s those differences that make each one of us humanly unique. His goal to capture the Individuality that will separate one from the rest. Innovation takes time, patience, and a little creativity to branch out from the "commercial" box. The urge to create something new and beautiful takes photography one step further; creating a new fusion of culture and perspectives.
He has a Masters's Degree in Business Science with a concentration in Experience Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also have a Bachelors's Degree in Interactive Media from Living Arts College.
