This is your chance to stay ahead of the digital transformation and future-proof your career. Check out the rest of the series here.

DEI is more than just a trendy acronym. As we find ourselves living in a world where inclusivity is on everyone’s minds, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a top business priority for leaders trying to build their teams of the future. To create more diversity within their digital teams, businesses and organisations must rethink their talent acquisition strategies.

That’s where we come in. In this session, we’ll be diving into diversity in tech: how businesses can leverage learning to increase access, acquire diverse talent, and accelerate careers — especially for underserved populations like women and PoC.

In this fireside chat, you’ll hear from industry leaders who will share practical examples and advice for using reskilling as a method to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion within technical teams.

Takeaways

  • Learn best practices for building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive tech workforce.

  • Discover insights from leaders on the impact tech diversity has on business performance.

  • Gain practical examples for individuals hoping to drive real change within their organisations.
