By understanding our own motivations, values and desires, we are better equipped to lead others, make healthy decisions and form healthy relationships. In this workshop, join nonprofit sector leader and speaker Laura DeMaria to delve into what self-awareness is and why it matters, along with practical tools to grow in self-knowledge.

In addition to covering these questions we’ll learn to incorporate practices into daily life that lead to increased self-awareness, including journaling and writing, learning to recognize and live one’s chosen values, the practice of self-questioning, and meditation/the examination of conscience.
