About this class

This hands-on workshop will focus on the use of satellite data to understand some of the most fundamental economic and social processes on Earth. It will provide a brief introduction to geospatial data science and some tools for satellite image analysis and interpretation that are key for any informed decision making. It will introduce the students to the JavaScript API of Google Earth Engine, a cloud-based computational platform for geospatial ML and AI analysis at scale.
