Head Career Coach and Experience Designer, Careershifters
Natasha Stanley is head coach and experience designer at Careershifters, an organisation dedicated to helping people find and move into more fulfilling work.
As co-designer of the powerful Careershifters methodology and a prolific career change writer, she's helped thousands of people move closer to finding work they love. Natasha also trains facilitators and coaches, leading the CTI-accredited Careershifters Advanced Certification programme, and is regularly featured in the media and on podcasts, discussing the challenges and approaches to navigating change.
When she's not working, you'll find Natasha in her Canary Islands mountain home – playing at her pottery wheel, hiking through forests, or learning to sail.
Life's too short to be unhappy at work.
Careershifters helps bright, motivated people who want (or need) a career change, find and move into fulfilling work.
We do this through workshops, courses, free resources and a 180,000+ strong community.
Traditional careers guidance isn't working. We're reinventing it, drawing from the worlds of entrepreneurship, psychology and design thinking, and powering our approach through community and technology. We don't just help the people we work with get clear on their next career move; we also help them develop the mindset to confidently make future shifts.
Our work has been featured across international media including The Times, The Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC, CNBC and Mashable.
We're an award-winning certified B Corporation, run by a team who've each made their own successful shifts and who now work on their own terms across four continents.
