User Experience Design Lead, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

As a User Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase, I apply my skills and passion for UX design, research, and strategy to create consistent and delightful experiences for customers in the banking industry. I have over three years of experience in leading and managing multiple design projects, delivering wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

My mission is to help people eliminate the fear of managing their personal finances and empower them to take control of their money. Coming from an artistic background, I understand the challenges and anxieties that many people face when dealing with money matters. I leverage my creativity and innovation to uncover human insights and discover unique opportunities to better serve and educate customers, especially those who do not consider themselves "financially savvy". I believe that UX design can make a positive impact on people's lives and help them achieve their dreams.
