This free, two-hour Microsoft Excel livestream tutorial will introduce a range of Excel basics, giving you a taste of the potential that can be achieved with this powerful tool. This Excel tutorial will touch briefly on everything from navigation and layout, to using functions and formulas. Then, you can apply what you’ve learned within an Excel workbook! All in real time, taught by an industry expert in Excel.

Prereqs & Preparation
- Excel 101 is taken completely online, and requires a computer and a strong internet connection.
- We will provide a Zoom link on the day of the class.
- If you want to complete the optional in-class exercise...
- You should be familiar with basic computer functions like copy/paste, but no previous experience in Excel is required.
- A second monitor is strongly recommended.
- Make sure you have access to MS Excel. You can download a free trial here.
- If you can’t access Excel, Google Sheets can be used as an alternative. However, there may be some differences in keyboard shortcut formulas and Excel functions that aren’t reviewed in the Excel 101 Livestream.
