Our weekly civic tech hacknights bring together designers, coders, urban planners, government staff, mappers, policy-makers, students, communications strategists, and all other Torontonians who share an interest in making Toronto more responsive, prosperous, sustainable and equitable, through design, tech, and data. (Coders are welcome, but you don’t have to be a coder to contribute!) Come and be part of it!
Main entrance is off of King St at 220, above Mascot Brewery. GA is on the third floor, with elevator access. Unfortunately our entrance is not wheelchair accessible due to our buildings historical status, it has 10 steps with railings on both sides. We would love to assist, please reachout to toronto@generalassemb.ly and we will make arrangements.
We are located a 10 min walk from union station and right at St Andrew's subway station/King Streetcar stop.
6:30-7: Welcome and intros 7-7:30: Presentation and Q&A/discussion 7:30-9: Breakout groups (go make something!)
