About this workshop
Few things are more important in today's work environment than effective teamwork. Using the popular Agile practice known as Scrum, we will divide into teams and assign roles. Then, you and your team will plan and build a city with LEGOS! Afterwards we'll review the exercise and discuss strategies for promoting teamwork at your workplace. You’ll leave with a toolkit of ideas for nurturing teamwork in any setting.
