Arthur Woods is an entrepreneur, speaker and writer on the future of work in The Purpose Economy. He is the co-founder of Imperative, the first professional platform for people find and manage purpose at work. Before co-founding Imperative, Arthur led operations for YouTube EDU at Google where he oversaw operations of YouTube for Schools. John has been President and CEO of eBay Inc. since March 31, 2008. Under John's leadership, the company has become a global commerce platform and payments leader, with revenue in 2013 of more than $16 billion. Across its eBay, PayPal and eBay Enterprise platforms, the company enabled $212 billion of commerce in 2013. The company also is a mobile commerce leader, with eBay mobile commerce volume of $22 billion in 2013, and PayPal mobile payments volume of $27 billion. The company is focused on enabling commerce as a partner — not a competitor — to sellers of all sizes, from entrepreneurs and small businesses, to global brands and retailers.
John joined eBay in March 2005 as President of eBay Marketplaces, responsible for all elements of eBay's global ecommerce businesses. In this role, he focused on expanding eBay's core business, which accounts for the majority of the company's revenues. John also oversaw a number of strategic acquisitions, including Shopping.com, StubHub and classifieds sites, such as Gumtree. During his three-year tenure as President of Marketplaces, revenues and profits for the division doubled.
Prior to eBay, John spent more than 20 years at Bain & Company, a worldwide consulting firm based in Boston. Starting as an Associate Consultant, John rose to become the firm's president and CEO in 1999, overseeing Bain's 30 offices and 3,000 employees.
John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Additionally, John serves on the Board of Directors for eBay Inc. and Intel Corp.
Premal Shah leads Kiva.org, a website that allows you to lend $25 to the working poor. Since 2005, Kiva lenders have financed over 1 million low-income entrepreneurs from 75 countries, with a 98% repayment rate. The site has been named as one of Oprah's Favorite Things and a Top 50 Website by TIME Magazine. Premal’s inspiration for Kiva came in 2004. Working for several years at PayPal, he took 2 months off to volunteer in India. There he worked with low-income women to help them sell handcrafts online. While the project had mixed results, it strengthened his belief that the right combination of technology, business and love can dramatically accelerate opportunity for those most left out. Today with a burgeoning community of 1 million Kiva lenders, this belief becomes more of a reality each day. For his work as a social entrepreneur, Premal was named on FORTUNE magazine’s “Top 40 under 40″ list. Premal is a graduate of Stanford University.

Janet Balis is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in cross-platform media. She is a Partner and CRO for betaworks, a highly innovative studio of startups and investments. She served previously as Publisher of The Huffington Post, leading ad sales and marketing for the innovative, cross-platform global brand. Balis repositioned the brand to advertisers and launched HuffPost Live as well as a break-through technology solution for brands. Janet previously served as SVP, Sales Strategy, Marketing and Partnerships for AOL Advertising, growing relationships with key clients and agencies as well as major branded entertainment partners and overseeing participation in the 2012 Digital Content Newfronts.

Payal is the CEO & Co-Founder of ClassPass and the Artistic Director of The Sa Dance Company.
Payal has been a “dancetrepreneur” since the age of 3 when she started training in Indian classical and folk styles of dance. It was her passion for dance, entrepreneurship, and making the world a more active, happy place that led to the founding of Classpass. ClassPass is a membership program for fitness classes across multiple gyms and studios, making working out more engaging, accessible, and affordable.
With over 25 years of dance experience, Payal also founded The Sa Dance Company, a contemporary Indian dance company. She has led the company to achieve tremendous community support, soldout performance, celebrity endorsements, and positive reviews in The New York Times, MTV, and prominent South Asian publications. Payal has been quoted as “the dancer possessing not only the stand-out talent, but the undying passion, congenial disposition and sharp business savvy to be truly a force to be reckoned with” as the South Asian culture continues its inevitable integration into America.
Prior to founding ClassPass, Payal worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and in Warner Music Group’s Digital Strategy and Business Development Group. Payal also has a degree from MIT in Operations Research and Economics
