Zoe has been working in user experience and information architecture for 10 years, in both the UK and Australia.
Zoe’s industry experience covers organisations from large corporations to agencies to not-for-profits to pre-funded start-ups. This range of experience gives her the ability to provide practical advice to students no matter what type of organisation they plan to work for. She has worked for the BBC, GOV.UK, Cambridge University Press, PwC, and SEEK among others.
In addition to her UX expertise, Zoe has a background in educational technologies and workplace learning. Zoe’s special areas of interest are information architecture, content design, user research, and accessibility.
Zoe is a regular speaker at UX meetups and related conferences, and writes regularly on medium about emerging issues in design.
