Veronica Dang is the founder of Global Accounting Outsourcing Services.

Global Accounting Outsourcing Services is a business advisory firm with a diverse client portfolio including F&B groups, financial services firms, Korean conglomerates, high net worth individuals and listed companies on the ASX. 

Veronica personally holds interim or ongoing executive positions in capacities such as Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer of funded entities either via PE investment or listings on the stock exchange. Her most recent engagement was Finance Director at Thred Limited (March 2015 to October 2016) which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Her current appointments include CFO of Pololi International and CFO/CEO of Pay’d International.

Veronica also has 10+ years of experience as a distressed specialist and has worked on some of Australia’s (and the world’s) largest corporate collapses.  Eg. Winding up of Lehman Brothers.  In 2012, Veronica joined a venture capital firm as the CFO where she met and worked with many high profile entrepreneurs and start ups.  Subsequently this was the impetus for her to start her own business in 2013. Now Veronica focuses on building companies and assisting entrepreneurs with not only the growth of their businesses but making their dreams come true.
