Tiffany is the President of ISPOSSIBLE IN TECH, a technology staffing firm based in NYC making waves. Roesler is passionate about transforming and scaling technology organizations. She is viewed as a collaborative and respected partner to senior leadership for sound judgment. She is also the founder of ISPOSSIBLE WOMEN WHO ROCK which is a monthly meetup designed to foster community for women in tech with the mission to increase the number of women leaders in tech by inspiring and celebrating women in tech who are rocking! Roesler also volunteers for Lesbians Who Tech, which is all about connecting lesbians and building a network of colleagues, associates and friends in the industry. In February 2015, Roesler made her first Angel Investment in; HER the most popular app for lesbian and queer women.
