Salman Ansari

I'm an engineer & entrepreneur who loves to build web and mobile products. After graduating with a CS degree from Waterloo in 2007, I joined Involver as its founding engineer, and played a pivotal role in the development of all its products. In the winter of 2012, Oracle acquired Involver, and I'm working to evolve the product further as part of the new Oracle Social Cloud suite. I have about a decade of experience as a full-stack web developer, and have spent the last two years more focused on the mobile front, building iOS apps.

I also spend a lot of my free time teaching. At General Assembly, I’ve taught the BEWD class as well as a few other talks. I’ve also taught several iterations of an immersive web development learning program called iXperience, in Cape Town, South Africa.
