Rachel Jacqueline

Intellectual Property Law Specialist

Hong Kong

Rachel Jacqueline spent the first six years of her career in the intellectual property and technology practices of big law firms in Sydney and Hong Kong. She has a Bachelor of Laws (with first class honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Masters of Law specializing in intellectual property, media and technology law from the University of New South Wales, Australia. In summer of 2012, she left full time legal practice to pursue her passion as a freelance writer and to set up a niche online content business in Hong Kong. She still consults on a part-time basis in Baker & McKenzie’s Information Technology & Communications practice. Rachel comes armed with extensive legal knowledge, is privy to the challenges faced by new businesses and is keen to share her inner IP geek.
