Rachel Jacqueline spent the first six years of her career in the intellectual property and technology practices of big law firms in Sydney and Hong Kong. She has a Bachelor of Laws (with first class honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Masters of Law specializing in intellectual property, media and technology law from the University of New South Wales, Australia. She still consults on a part-time basis in Baker & McKenzie’s Information Technology & Communications practice. Rachel comes armed with extensive legal knowledge, is privy to the challenges faced by new businesses and is keen to share her inner IP geek.
