Peter Martin is the Director, FP&A at General Assembly, headquartered in New York City. Peter specializes in global financial modeling and forecasting in close partnership with business unit owners across multiple revenue streams ranging from subscription to enterprise to consumer businesses. Peter manages GA's finance team and financial operations across the Company's rapidly growing three year old Education business. GA has Education operations on four continents in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and within the U.S. in New York City, Boston, Washington DC, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Peter joined GA when it had about 30 employees, all in New York. Today GA has almost 350 team members spread across the globe. Peter was the architect and builder of the Company's financial model and works with all managers to do long and short term planning of their pieces of the GA business. Peter is known at GA as a tool creator and someone who understands GA's business deeply and can spot trends ahead of the curve due to the financial dashboard in place and the discipline at GA to which it is adhered.

Like most GA employees, Peter likes to mentor others who are on a similar journey and is great at sharing his experiences with other start-ups, to make the path easier for them.
