Peter Lewis is a director of Essential Media Communications a public affairs company that specialises in developing campaigns for member-based organisations, drawing on a range of disciplines including research, strategy, free media, paid media and social media. For more than a decade Peter has worked to develop new communications tools for his market place, but it was only when he studied Design Thinking with UTS: Executive Education that he came across a methodology for harnessing his creativity. A former journalist and political staffer, Peter is a regular media columnist and commentator on political issues.
