Paul Lee has over 20 years of experience in building large scale, enterprise-wide systems for Fortune 500 companies, with special focus for Wall Street clients including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 2007, Paul returned to Hong Kong and co-founded Ximplar Limited to create groundbreaking solutions. The most prominent product is ACEHearing, a technology that accurately detects a person's hearing abilities and automatically calibrates audio output for it. ACEHearing was the winner of The Wall Street Journal Asian Innovation Awards and a finalist of the Heritage Open mHealth Challenge. Paul is working with various government and insurance organizations around the world to combat the hearing loss epidemic with ACEHearing.
