Patti Hunt is founder and director of On-off, Hong Kong’s first strategic design consultancy. She has held senior positions in a variety of organisations, most recently Head of Strategic Design for a global user experience agency. She is an advocate for using design thinking and practices to spark and drive meaningful change. Patti believes that design can transform any business, and make customer and employee experiences memorable for all the right reasons. Her pipe dream is to help create a world where dealing with Banks and Telcos might actually be fun.
