Nevan Scott
Instructor for UX & Front-End, General Assembly
Nevan got his start making websites for teachers. He has been teaching himself for three years, first at Noble Desktop and now at General Assembly. He has taught and developed curriculum for the User Experience Design Immersive full-time course and the Front-end Web Development part-time course. Before coming to teach full time, Nevan was a partner at Cantilever, a web design and development agency, where he worked with clients like Red Rooster Harlem, NYU, Sugar in the Raw, Hoefler & Co., Droga5, American Express, and Northeastern University. In his spare time, he works with editors and illustrators at the literary magazine Midnight Breakfast.
He’d like to someday design a typeface.
