He’s since designed trust-based value propositions, digital products, and differentiated business models for leading global brands. He's a regular keynote speaker and is also the author of Designing for Trust: The Data Transparency Playbook, a practical guide to help you close the data trust gap, create new customer value and competitively differentiate in the markets of tomorrow.
