Melanie Mack has been involved in digital marketing almost since it began, working at MSN in the dot-com boom in 1999, and since then with media owners, affiliate networks and agencies to plan and implement direct response campaigns. Most recently, she headed up the PPC, affiliate, and Facebook department at UK's largest media agency MediaCom. She now consults and trains in digital acquisition for clients across London.
