Megan Capiak thrives in fast-paced and unpredictable environments where she can empower executives to make effective decisions that positively impact the world around us. With over seven years of experience working in the cross section of technology, policy, and communications, Megan has expertise in strategic planning, corporate communications, public affairs, and operations.

Megan currently serves as Program Manager for Global Public Policy on the Federal Affairs team at Salesforce. Prior to joining Salesforce, Megan was an early policy and communications team hire at Uber and held multiple positions with the company during its pivotal hyper-growth years. Her last role saw her leading communications for several states in the Midwest, where she served as Uber’s primary spokesperson.

Previously, Megan worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Fred Upton of Michigan, in his personal office and under his chairmanship on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Megan received a B.A. in Comparative Cultures and Politics from Michigan State University.
