Maxim Leyzerovich

Senior Experience Lead, Capital One

San Diego

Maxim is the Senior Experience Lead at Capital One where he partners with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive UX design strategy across product lines – with a focus on Commercial Card integrated experience & branding.

Previously, Maxim was the Senior Experience Designer at nclud where he focused on the visual conception and interface development for interactive products. Prior to that, he was was the Interface Designer at Rosetta Stone. There he worked on the visual refresh of the entire product suite, helping the company's rebrand & its shift into newer markets (including mobile apps, which he designed).

Maxim loves the DC creative community and promotes all of its various individuals, clubs, & meetups through his group, DCUX. He also freelances at Reactional, using his background in visual conception and applied cognition to engineer human interactions with products, brands, & each other.
