Matt is a UX consultant who helps online marketplaces improve their design via qual and quant data. He specialises in working with growing start-ups.
Matt started out in UX design at the BBC in 2008. There he worked on a variety of projects, including two years of designing for 32 different languages at the World Service. He followed this by joining startup life at luxury travel site onefinestay. Over three and a half years he had the role of UX designer and product manager of the ecommerce site. Matt has taught with General Assembly since 2013.
