Martin is Design Manager at Twitter whose primary focus is on designing the design team. With an academic background in Advertising and Design, Martin brings with him a business-oriented design approach that aligns visual communication strategy with brand and user experience objectives. Previously, Martin was co-founder of nclud, an award-winning design agency acquired by Twitter in 2012, and has worked with organizations large and small such as Apple, Adobe, British Telecom, Mozilla and Oracle. Martin is also a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. He has worked with hundreds of start-ups as a creative consultant, investor and/or co-founder.
