Mark Holloway

Mark Holloway is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with public and private technology companies through all stages of growth. Mark's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation. Mark also has experience counseling publicly held companies on disclosure matters, SEC compliance, and other securities laws issues.
Mark is an adjunct professor of a course on negotiation at the Georgetown University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the negotiation workshop teaching team and taught in Harvard's Negotiation Institute for two years.
Prior to law school, Mark was a consultant for a business process outsourcing company in Bangalore and Pune, India.
