Educator and Product Manager – passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and changing the world through education.
Mark is the end-to-end product owner of General Assembly's portfolio of Design & Business courses. He’s responsible for ensuring these courses have a strong product-market fit with both students and employers and is accountable for all success metrics including growth, quality, and revenue. He sets the vision of the portfolio, defines its strategy, and manages its roadmap and backlog
Prior to General Assembly, Mark worked at Babson College, where he drove product vision and strategy for Babson’s online and blended learning programs from research and ideation through to design and delivery. While he was at Babson, Mark got his MBA, with a focus on Managing the Technology-Intensive Enterprise (MTIE track).
In his spare time, Mark loves biking around NYC, rock climbing at Brooklyn Boulders, and cooking fancy meals.
In this ten-week course, students will learn to navigate the product cycle, from evaluating users and managing a roadmap to creating an MVP and developing metrics.
