Kathy Keating is the Chief Technical Officer for TextUs, the enterprise leader in conversational messaging focused on workflow efficiency, contact targeting, and text-based conversational engagement.
She has more than 25 years of experience to the field of product architecture and software engineering. She’s has led several Engineering and Product teams successfully from startup conception through rapid growth and has founded twice.
Kathy has dedicated her career to leveraging technology to solve some of the most complex business and social challenges facing us. Her early software development with companies like Monster, Fidelity and Digital Equipment produced several complex, large-scale software platforms that many of us still interact with on a daily basis today. More recently her leadership laid a solid technology foundation for companies like Webroot, Autopay, Apostrophe (TS Boulder 2017).
She is known for cultivating healthy, happy, and diverse teams that deliver stellar results. Kathy is active in the local Colorado startup community including as an organizer of the Denver Leadership Meetup. Kathy is an active mentor in the local Techstars programs, and she coaches several entrepreneurs and technologists. Together we can achieve so much more.
