Karen found her calling for user centred design while working as a business analyst and seeing the increasing demand to interact online being filled with solutions that created difficulties and frustrations through poorly designed user interfaces.
With extensive experience working on large-scale eCommerce, government, banking and investment projects across web and mobile for a broad range of audience types and business goals, Karen has the ability and dedication to bring simplicity where complexity is assumed unavoidable.
