Karen has over 10 years experience as a user centred, interaction designer, information architect and business analyst. Her experience spans building and managing teams, user research, defining digital strategy and hands on UI design to support the customer experience.
Karen found her calling for user centred design while working as a business analyst and seeing the increasing demand to interact online being filled with solutions that created difficulties and frustrations through poorly designed user interfaces.
With extensive experience working on large-scale eCommerce, government, banking and investment projects across web and mobile for a broad range of audience types and business goals, Karen has the ability and dedication to bring simplicity where complexity is assumed unavoidable.
