Jonathan is a consultant, PhD researcher and lecturer combining his professional expertise with academic rigour to empower people to take control of their careers. Jonathan has a finance background and has worked in a variety of roles for organisations including The Walt Disney Company, Channel 4 and PRS for Music.
He hosts workshops and seminars to give entrepreneurs the tools they need to understand their organisational performance using fundamental business principles.
His PhD research is concerned with how individuals can make better use of their developmental networks: career-focussed subsets of their social networks. His interdisciplinary approach combines traditional mentorship with the latest social network theories.
