Jochen Kleef

Jochen is a technical and management expert with proven business strategy development, operational and implementation as well as inter-cultural experience. During his scientific studies he moved from West to East Germany after the wall had come down and was subsequently based in Gent/Belgium and then London and later for a UK PLC in Frankfurt, Beijing and Hong Kong. Jochen has managed small and large teams of up to 4,000 staff in 70 locations across China. Jochen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cologne and a Master’s degree from the University of Jena in Physics and Ecology.
