Hing-Lung is a full-stack web developer with extensive experience in Python and JavaScript. He is the founder of Starrr, a social network for meeting startup people nearby, including entrepreneurs, angel investors, mentors, developers, designers and other domain experts.
In the past, he was a software engineer at Demand Analytics, a startup about big data and business intelligence. He also provided consultancy in supply chain management systems and mobile apps for enterprises. Academically, he has a bachelor degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Hong Kong and a master degree in E-Commerce at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
