Heico Koch has been into professional e-business product development since 1998. He worked for companies like dooyoo, ImmobilienScout24 and founded five companies since. Within these 15 years, he has made a lot of mistakes and has seen even more. Today, he is the managing director of Leanovate GmbH and teaches at Beuth University of Technology. He is advisor to the IBB and a mentor at startup bootcamp. The greatest development for him is the rise of professional management tools to innovate in a fast moving world. This trend to product development is going, like we have seen in the mid 1900s for "classical" businesses and he loves to be part of this process.
