Eleanor currently works as the sole Principal User Experience Designer and Manager of eCommerce UX for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., supporting all of their brands (Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Rejuvenation, and Mark & Graham). Her current passion is Service Design Thinking, and she is working to bring optimization opportunities to the company's entire ecosystem -- both for customers on the receiving end, and for the associates responsible for creating brand experiences in stores, online, and in our catalogs. Her goal is to make the experience for both sides of the equation the best possible. Her background is a mixture of old school front-end development, product and project management, and a passionate interest in the arts and sociology.
