Eccie runs the operations side of things at Karma Cans and co-founded it in 2014 with Gini; she's been working on it ever since. Eccie's role is about making everything work smoothly, building the kitchens, event stalls, running their projects and getting the business ready and willing to take the next steps. Her main skills are in strategy, process design and convincing people to do things. She's responsible for upgrading processes within the kitchen or in their tech, planning the budgets, fixing equipment, training people and some accounting. Eccie uses these skills to ensure that they can save some of the money that Gini and the sales team make, and spend it on doing things better and more efficiently. Before Karma Cans, Eccie was doing a post-grad Msc in Terrorism at LSE has worked part time as a chef since she was 14.
