Dr. Joachim Homeister is currently working as Senior Associate in the Berlin and Moscow offices of the international law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP which is headquartered in San Francisco and well known for its leading emerging companies practice in the US and worldwide. Joachim has significant experience with international transactions in corporate, real estate and finance law, including transactions in the start-up sector. Prior to starting his career as a lawyer, he worked for several years as a lecturer for German public law at the Free University of Berlin.
