David Band
Entrepreneurship Program Director, UTS
David Band is a serial entrepreneur, Director and educator. Expelled from kindy for fighting, he has been at it ever since.
He served serious time at PA Consulting where he learnt how to sell, service clients, and execute to deadlines and milestones. He morphed these disciplines into company turnaround and made more money on the exit of his first deal than he had in 20 years as a senior partner. He repeated this equation several times, also finding time to consult to Boards and Chair several life science ventures. And he's made his peace with education - he gives back by helping students and founders at UTS to accelerate their venture growth. He's got form - he led the UTS team to global victory in the International MBA Case Championship in January.
David is the Entrepreneurship Program Director at UTS.
