Daniel Glazer is a partner in Fried Frank’s Technology practice and divides his time between the Firm’s New York and London offices. His practice focuses on handling IP/tech transactions for large domestic and multinational companies, and helping non-US emerging companies expand to the US.
Dan has extensive experience with IP/tech licensing, outsourcing, development and similar IP/tech-focused commercial arrangements, as well as the IP/tech aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.
Dan works closely with various governmental agencies, accelerators and co-working spaces on export and cross-border trade initiatives, including on trade missions, workshops and webinars. He was on the steering committee for Digital Shoreditch 2013, and presented at the invitation of the UK Government at its Information and Communications Technology Summit during the 2012 London Olympics.
