Dan Berlin
Experience Research Director, Mad*Pow
Dan Berlin is an Experience Research Director at Mad*Pow, an experience design agency. He is particularly interested in quantitative research methods, such as psychophysiology and eye tracking. Dan holds a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University, and an MBA + MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. He is the Vice President of the Boston chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) and teaches a course on measuring emotional engagement in the Bentley University UX Certificate Program. Overall, Dan just loves spreading the joy of UX to others.
