Candace Williams

Candace Williams is an Online Education Producer at General Assembly. She's a full-time nerd with instructional design, product management, marketing, and community management responsibilities. The questions that keep her up at night are "How can we develop online learning platforms help people build life-changing tech, design, and business skills?" and "Does this bow tie go with these sneakers?".

Before making the jump to General Assembly, Candace worked as a Micro-Content Producer for VaynerMedia. Her original social media content was featured in Adage, Buzzfeed, Forbes, Mashable, and Time.com. Before that, she taught science, robotics, and comic book writing to elementary school students in the South Bronx. It goes without saying that she was always picked first for basketball at first grade recess and appreciates the smell of freshly-sharpened pencils.
