Brian Papa has been making iOS apps in New York City since 2008. He is the founder of bpm apps LLC and creator of Blackjack Strategizer, Shakedown, and Addieu. Previously he worked on apps at Felt Tip Inc. and the City of New York. Before the launch of the iPhone, Brian was a Java Server Engineer.
