Andy spent three years doing UI engineering at Google NYC, swapping coasts in 2014 to join the Google Cloud Platform team. After teaching 12 consecutive JavaScript workshops for General Assembly NYC, he proposed Mobile First Cloud First to help share this defining model of computing with creative professionals. Andy did his Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon and has taught undergraduate computer science for about a decade, focusing on attracting talent to the field.
