As a coach and facilitator, Andrew seeks to establish true Agile behavior within teams and their organizations, enabling them to inspect and adapt their way to success in an independent, sustainable manner. When not writing bios, Andrew enjoys obsessing over baseball and spending time with his incredible wife and two boys.
