Alli Baker is Co-Founder and CEO of JobGetter (formerly Workible), a leading HR Technology company disrupting the traditional reactive recruitment process by providing a job network that delivers talent on demand and work on your terms. Her background in Journalism, PR and marketing has seen her work with a variety of companies across Australia and the US, from multi-national to small business. Driven by her love of challenging the status quo, Alli is now a startup entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for using technology to make recruitment personal so people can find exactly what they want when they want it. Alli was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 Australian and New Zealand Women in Tech 2016.
