Alexis Rondeau is an entrepreneur and expert in web service development and design based in New York City.
Born and raised in Germany, Alexis has built web services since the age of 16 and studied computer science at Technical University of Vienna, Austria. He is co-founder of Amino Systems, a creative technology consulting practice operating out of General Assembly, New York City.
For over 15 years, his expertise has allowed Alexis to work with large agencies for high-profile clients and projects. Systems that he engineered and designed are in use by of some of the largest brands in the US including Macy’s, GAP, and Coca Cola among others. With his expertise he has taught beginners and advanced courses in software engineering using C, C++, Java, Ruby, HTML, CSS and Javascript. His preferred technology stack includes Ruby on Rails and Clojure.
Alexis is a committed daily practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
