Cultivating Talent

Adobe Digital Academy empowers high-potential talent across the U.S. to thrive. The program, created by GA and Adobe, serves underrepresented communities in tech, and:

  1. Enrolls students in GA’s transformative Software Engineering Immersive, User Experience Design Immersive, or Data Science Immersive courses.
  2. Gives graduates the opportunity to become remote technical interns at Adobe.
  3. Fastracks top performing interns to be considered for full-time positions at Adobe.

Intensive Technical Training

Adobe Digital Academy scholarships provide students with rigorous skills training through GA’s Software Engineering Immersive (SEI), User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI), and Data Science Immersive (DSI) courses.

During the course, GA’s team of expert instructors provides ongoing student performance feedback that helps guide participants to success.

Real-World Industry Experience

Graduates of GA’s full-time Immersive programs are then eligible to join a remote technical internship with Adobe.

During this three- to six-month tenure, interns get hands-on job experience, ongoing feedback, mentorship, and peer support. Top performers will also have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position.

"Receiving my WDI* certificate of completion made every all-nighter and the ups and downs of learning a new high-tech skill well worth the effort. When the lightbulb went off in my head, I felt empowered, and I have Adobe Digital Academy and GA to thank!"

This program is open to anyone looking to transition careers, and gain training and experience in tech. When choosing candidates, we take into account past career success, examples of growth mindset, innovative problem solving, and strong communication skills.

Currently, due to COVID-19, all GA full-time Immersive programs are being held via our live-remote modality. Our programs will continue to be held remote through the beginning of 2021. GA will revisit on-campus learning when it is safe. Adobe Digital Academy candidates should prepare to be 100% remote during the duration of their training if GA remains remote in Q1 of 2021.

Adobe offices are also running 100% remote. This means that the Digital Academy's internship portion is subject to being fully remote and will be dependent on Adobe’s 2021 remote plan. Adobe and General Assembly will keep applicants updated as we get more clarity on the ever-shifting situation. Thank you for your patience!
