Join us for a relaxing Monday evening yoga class benefitting the Air Ambulance. Open to all levels and ideal for beginners, this class will focus on: opening the shoulders and hips, realignment; and strengthening your core.

Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat). We look forward to welcoming you.
