About this event

Details Workplace bullying is a serious (yet often silenced) issue affecting Australian workplaces – especially for women. Data reveals that 1 in 3 women suffer mental health issues due to workplace harassment or bullying.

Sadly, due to risks associated with 'coming out', bullying goes unreported. This results in toxic workplaces where employees are unmotivated, insecure and miserable.

The effects of bullying can be devastating, and not just for the victims. Safe Work Australia statistics state that the average accepted bullying or harassment claim is over $22,600. In She Mentors' next MeetUp on Tuesday 12 November, we take a stand against bullying and invite three incredible women to share their stories. This event will be a panel-style discussion, hosted by She Mentors founder Ali Adey. Audience Q&A to follow.
